1. Sample request policy
1) Samples Delivery charges: buyers should provide UPS, FEDEX or DHL account to pay sample delivery charges anytime. With any courier account, buyers can pay delivery charges by Western Union ,which could assure us to receive the charges ASAP to make delivery.
2) Sample Cost: Buyers should be responsible for samples cost.
3) Cost refunded : when place the order,sample cost could be refunded after order is placed with order amount over US$1000.00
2.Payment policy
1)T/T, Western Union is acceptable.for large order L/C is also acceptable.
2)if we have stock for your order,100% before delivery.
3)if we don't have stock for your order and need to make a production,we request 30% deposit after P/I,70% before delivery.
3.Shipping policy.
1)Freight cost by prepaid or collect is acceptable . We are currently shipping world wide by sea or by express. We keep a good relation with several express company,can get a nice discount from them. We will show you the tracking no. after shipping.
